I boil my chips in water for one hour. . . tons of smoke!

Believe me the first time you used you used chips that came with the smoker, then you went and I bought the most chips. If yes, then the size of chips is the culprit, they come in all sizes from flaked pieces, not pressed pellets of dust. You’ll need to experiment a bit until you find the brand and size that works well with your smoker. If you visit your nearest store for barbecue and to see smart and pieces, ask the manager of the product brochure, listing the different types, what they wear on the shelves in the databases.
