I’m almost all but a mason, but if it were me, I would use the geodes façade.Mais build a brick or cinder block smoker but cover it with geodes and mortar coloré.BTW I like smoking smoked viande.poulet is our favorite, it is not longer smokes que.Je 8 chickens in about six hours. We used to consume immediately, leave in the fridge for the week and freeze the other for later, if not taken or given to others.
